Dr. Robson S. Spinola

Dr. Spinola moved to South Georgia and joined Ankle and Foot Associates in the spring of 2004. He is a proud graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, which is considered a top university in the field of podiatry. Dr. Spinola completed his two-year surgical residency in Massachusetts. Immediately after residency, Dr. Spinola spent two years in Atlanta completing his post doctoral surgical fellowship at Cobb Foot and Leg Surgical Program with affiliation and training at Emory Northlake Regional Medical Center.

He specializes in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery and reconstruction. His practice interests include foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, trauma, diabetic foot care, limb salvage, extensive wound care and second opinion/re-do surgeries.

Dr. Spinola is an adjunct clinical faculty member of the New York College of Medicine, Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Barry University in Miami, Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, California College of Podiatric Medicine and Arizona Midwestern School of Medicine, Podiatric Surgery division.

Dr. Spinola is an avid soccer player and fan. He played Division 1 soccer while in college and played for a semi-professional league while in Philadelphia. He and his wife Kell are the proud parents of two girls, Kiana Marie and Mia Skye.

His affiliations include a Fellowship with the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, American and Georgia Podiatric Medical Association and the American Podiatric Association. Dr. Spinola is residency and fellowship trained in foot and ankle surgery and in limb salvage techniques, and he is a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
